Organisations we are working with and supported
"I can honestly say that since working with Adrian I haven’t had one day when I have felt overwhelmed and wanted to throw in the towel. I am feeling much more confident and excited about what lies ahead but am also learning to be more patient and enjoy the process. What a difference it makes to know that I can turn to someone like Adrian and Just Smart Thinking when the going gets tough in the future. Seeing the Charity and its possibilities through Adrian’s eyes has been a revelation."

Just Smart Self-Care for staff working in the not-profit sector
It’s important that people who are working in the non-profit sector are fully aware of the demands on them both physically and emotionally.
Often at times working in this sector can be very emotionally draining with short-term contracts, demanding roles, the nature of funding and sometimes “it’s just too peopley outside”.
That’s why it’s important that you start to invest in your self-care.
At Just Smart Thinking we specialise in coaching individuals and groups on self-Care.
